Your first design

Pick a product, open the design studio, add text and graphics, then save or add to cart.

Tips

• Start with a template or blank canvas to get comfortable.
• Use high-contrast colors to ensure visibility on darker fabrics.
• Keep important elements at least 10 mm from edges to avoid cropping during production.

Placing an order

Review your design, choose sizes and quantities, enter shipping details, and complete payment.

Order checklist

1. Confirm product, color, and size for each item.
2. Preview the design and check spelling.
3. Upload high-resolution images where needed.
4. Provide a full shipping address and phone number for carriers.

Shipping & Returns

We offer multiple shipping options and a clear returns policy to make exchanges easy.

Shipping

Standard domestic shipping: 3-5 business days. Express shipping: 1-2 business days. International shipping times vary by country.

Returns

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom printed items are eligible only for manufacturing defects.

Sizing & Measurements

Refer to our Size Guide for product-specific dimensions. For the best fit, measure a garment you already own.

How we measure

• Chest: Measured around the fullest part of the chest.
• Length: From highest shoulder point to hem.
• Shoulder: From seam to seam across the back.

Preparing files for print

To ensure the highest print quality, follow these guidelines when uploading artwork:

• Use 300 DPI images for raster formats (JPG or PNG).
• Prefer PNG with transparent background for cutouts and overlays.
• For logos and vector art, upload SVG or PDF when possible.
• Convert text to outlines in vector files to avoid font issues.

Payments & Refunds

We accept major credit cards and popular online payment methods. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Order tracking

After your order ships, we send a tracking number by email. You can also track orders from your account under "Orders".

Troubleshooting & common issues

If you encounter any problems, try these steps first:

• Clear your browser cache and reload the design studio.
• Use a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.
• If uploads fail, check file size and format (limit 10 MB per file).

If the problem persists, contact support with screenshots and a description of the issue.
