How long does production take?
Custom items typically take 2-3 business days to produce after your design is approved. This includes printing, quality checking, and preparing for shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Tunisia. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries in North Africa and Europe. Stay tuned for updates!
What if my package is damaged?
We package all items carefully, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters production and the address cannot be changed. Contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local distribution center for 7 days. You'll receive SMS notifications with pickup instructions.
